The MECO Labor Center Office and the MECO Information Center have compiled two manuals that provide information for our kababayans intending to work in Taiwan.  These are also good references for those who may want to visit Taiwan.

•    "Gabay para sa OFW” (Guide for Filipino Workers in Taiwan) ; Done in cooperation with the Council of Labor Affairs of Taiwan, it contains in fast-fact form the laws, rules and regulations which the Filipino worker should know when arriving and living in Taiwan.

•    "Pang araw-araw na Mandarin para sa ating Kababayan sa Taiwan¨ (Everyday Mandarin for our Countrymen in Taiwan) ; This is a language learning kit containing a CD and a pamphlet which gives the most useful words and phrases which will be helpful for newcomers. 

The print and CD versions of the "Gabay para sa OFW", are available at our Taipei, Kaohsiung and Taichung Offices .  You will be asked to submit a fully accomplished OFW Information Sheet form to our Information Center Office before you receive your free copy of the print or CD of "Gabay para sa OFW".
