1.    Duly accomplished visa application form

2.    Two (2) pieces recent photo - size (4.5cm x 3.5cm) taken in the last six months

3.    Applicant must be in Taiwan at the time application is filed

4.    Authority from the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines to issue 47(a)(2) visa to applicant and his/her dependents

5.    Payment of Visa Processing Fee (if applicable)

Validity of Visa and Duration of Stay

The validity of the visa as well as duration of stay shall be in accordance with the authority issued by the DFA.

Schedule of Release of Visas

If you submit your application form with complete requirements on or before 11.30 a.m., your visa will be ready for release after 5.00 p.m. of the same day.

If you submit your visa application form with complete requirements after 1.00 p.m., your visa will be released after 9.30 a.m. of the next working day.
